Yesterday I logged in online and set an appointment to get my haircut. It set my time at 98mins. I arrive at my scheduled time only to see that my time had been increased. I said ok, and I understand sometimes the haircuts take longer. My time is almost always increased. My problem is I waited for 20 minutes for my turn. The stylist came out from the back and said, "I just have to sweep up the hair and you be next". I said ok as I received a text telling me batter up, and so I waited. She finished and told she was ready and then a guy literally ran in the door and said, "here I am, I'm next" I looked up at him and then the stylist said, "oh, I'm sorry Frank but you have to wait longer, because this guy was first. I looked at the screen and said. He isn't even signed in on the board. The other guest says, I never sign in. I told them I have been waiting and I am signed and it says I am next. The stylist said no, the other guest is first and took him back to cut his hair. I told the stylist, I was leaving and said this is the third time this has happened to me and the second time I have walked out after waiting a long time. I am done with this Sport clips place. I have had too many problems and nothing ever changes. Come up with a better system or stylists who care all their guest, not just a few. But I am done, good luck other guest, you will need it!

I waited over an hour- checked in, left to burn time and then came back.. and still waited 20 minutes.. my daughters haircut was incomplete and the stylist didn’t feel confidant using clippers on my daughters a line.. the staff manager was not that friendly and told the stylist my daughters hair would just be uneven because my daughter was nervous about her neck being cleaned up. Instead of explaining what they were doing they just rolled their eyes and projected their frustration out loud.. it was very insensitive and it felt burdensome..when it was my turn she told me she didn’t know how to cut my hair so I left without a haircut. Very bummed and disappointed- ended up driving to el dorado hills location to have my daughters hair fixed and to get an actual haircut for myself..
